This is the first anthology to which Michael contributed, although he did not know it at the time. Lance had been contacted by the publishers and gave them permission to use some chapters from Elite Warriors, which they acknowledged in the book. Unfortunately, the publishers did not do their homework and used the material without giving Michael credit as a co-writer. Lance let him know and Michael contacted the publishers. They sent him a letter of apology, acknowledged his authorship of the articles, and agreed to change the mistake in any later editions. If you can find it, this book is a very good commemoration to the USAF. The book is not hard to find if you look for it online but it may not be available any longer from the publisher.
